Page On Here With Exercise Strategy/Advice?

Hi!
I'm not trying to lose a drastic amount of weight, just 5 - 10 lbs. According to the MyFitnessPal app, it recommends a 1200 calorie daily intake based on a moderately active exercise regime. The questions I have are: where on here does it specify the definition of "moderately active"? I work out 3 - 4 times a week doing PiYo, Pilates, & Cycling (all one-hour sessions). Also, 1200 calories seems so low. I must have done something wrong... Can someone help me figure out the answers to these questions. Many thanks! :-)

How many pounds a week did you say you wanted to lose? If you only want to lose 5-10 pounds then I assume you're already at/near a healthy weight so 0.5lbs a week is probably more achievable and sensible.0
