Introduction & question on entering exercise DVDs

Hi,
New to this site, but absolutely love it b/c of the ease of entry and specific foods available to enter. I'm married, have 3 boys, (age 7, 6, & 3) and work 3/4 time with the remainder 1/4 time spent running around managing my family's schedule. Feel pretty crazy busy and that's what usually gets me off my diet/exercise plan. I'm turning 40 in late November. I'm 5'4" and 163-165 (not a digital scale). My goal is to lose 15 pounds in 3 months.
I've recently upped my exercise in the last two weeks, getting up at 5 am to get a workout in and have done so for 2 weeks (HOORAY).. My exercise right now consists of doing p90x lean program, for the most part, although I'm supplementing or substituting with additional cardio. I'm using things like the Biggest Loser CardioMax and Boot Camp and Jackie Warner's One-on-One training for the Abs instead of Ab Ripper X. I find these more effective for me in the cardio realm. One question I have is how to enter these type of workouts into the Exercise session. I could enter some of the weight training from P90x separately, but honestly, I just don't have that time.
For eating, I am including protein shakes (Pure protein powder, 1/2 cup plain WW yogurt, 1/2 cup skim milk, and 1 piece of fruit) after workouts as they are intense. I may also eat at least one protein bar for snack, and then trying to supplement with additional fruits, veggies, and meat -- trying to cut out the crap. I am still drinking coffee in the morning with half-and-half -- hard habit to break! I can get side tracked though by the carbs and cereal that my kids/husband eat or at family gatherings where they always have salt-n-vinegar chips that are so good and so hard to resist. Night time is the hardest time for me. Anyway, I'm rambling but that gives you and idea of my plan. Thanks for any advice.
