Logging Beachbody Videos

Hello

I currently do the T25 workout videos from T25 as part of my exercise program. For those of you that do this, or other Beachbody videos (Insanity, P90X, etc.), how do you log these as exercise as on myfitnesspal? I've been using "circuit training" but am not sure that's best way to go.

Any insight would be appreciated.

    Congrats on T25.

    To answer your question...I wear a HRM, calculate my calorie burn, reduce that by about 10 to 15 percent, and create an exercise under cardio. I have done this for Insanity and for Les Mills Pump. T25 is next on the list for me.

    The reason I reduce the calorie burn is when I start at the beginning, my heart rate is much higher than when I am 6 weeks into it. Also, I like being conservative on the calorie burns in case I want to eat back a mess of the calories.

    The best way to log would to get yourself a heart rate monitor. I have the FT7 polar watch it's great but for now I would just use circuit training til you get one.

    Kristy, if you use a Heart Rate Monitor, use that to calculate calories burned while working out. and just add an exercise for whatever video you do. I do the P90X3
