HELLO
I have been on mfp for awhile. I lost over 30lbs in 2013...(I won't give you my list of excuses) like many of us I have made progress and I have also fell off the wagon many times! except this time I have gained some weight back and I can't keep this going. I am going to keep trying.
Many of the success stories I read on MFP found significant motivation and support on MFP. I would love to add new friends that share similar goals. I am 22. No kids. work-full time. I have about 100lbs to loose.
My biggest struggle has been staying committed to exercise. so yesterday, I started a new challenge. Working out for 30 min a day for 100 days. I am on day 2. I also have a new goal- I have a size 18 dress in my closet (never worn) that I want to wear on my birthday in July. Hoping these new challenges-goals will keep me focused.

I have to say you can do this Just keep at it Take that dress and put it in view..
You need to at least do the exercise even at 10 mins a day will help..
Try doing small stages in it and as you go on and on it will be natural for you to do the exercise..
I also am new in here Just not sure how it all works yet on posting and etc..
I welcome you and I post to you do to once upon a time I was in a size 22 and I needed
a boost from people to keep me moving down that ladder..
( do your exercise daily write thing in a journal and give yourself stars when you do them)0
