Carb Cycling Results?

Hi guys,

After watching a lot of videos on metabolic damage from figure competitions, a lot of girls recovered by doing carb cycling. I decided to give it a try, and I'm in the middle of my 2nd week. (Just to clarify: I never did any figure competitions, my body does plateau a lot when I try to lose weight. It really has never been a peaceful experience; I do not have a normal relationship with food or exercise).

Although I most definitely subscribe to the fact that eating under the total calories expended, you will lose weight. I honestly have never eaten so much food and been able to drop weight as effectively or see the results on my body. In fact, I'm eating more carbs than I was when I used to during maintenance. I do feel pretty tired a lot though. I also did up my cardio quite a bit, just 45 min tacked onto my normal weight training schedule.

My question to you guys is this: what results have you gotten via carb cycling? Particularly to those that exercise quite a bit?
