Like everyone else I'm only recently back on here after multiple attempts. Feeling motivated, and signed myself up for what will be a majorly challenging event in June so that I can't back out this time around!

It will come. Just hang in there . I hate those plateaus but you will get past it if you just stick to it. Maybe add a little more cardio.0
