Mango guacamole

OK, so some of you have mentioned you don't like avocados. I would like to point out this does, in fact, make you a bad person.
This is my mango guac. Adding mango means you can have a slightly larger helping without stretching the fat intake too badly. Its also a raw preparation, so there's that.
Ingredients:
4 medium haas avocados, ripe
1/2 red onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
3 roma tomatoes, diced (keep the seeds/guts! Its good for you!)
1 jalepeno, seeded/veined, minced
1 mango, diced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
Sea salt/pepper to taste
OK, so toss the onion, jalepeno, cilantro and tomatoes in a bowl and toss with the citrus juice. If you stop here and add salt, you have an extremely righteous pico de gallo salsa. Toss in the mango and stir to coat in citrus juice. Let sit in your fridge for 5 minutes.
Scoop the avocado flesh into the bowl and use a fork to roughly mash the avocado meat into the other stuff. (I get up a rhythm, like mash-mash-mash-mash-stiiiiiiir) It should be chunky, but everything should look suspended in avocado.
Salt and pepper to taste. Eat with a fork, so you can stab other people in the hand when they try to take some.
