It adds up and you are right

I posted yesterday and today. I am new as of yesterday. I had the post about eating 1,200 calories and not losing weight. Well, I thought I was a expert at counting calories. You are right it adds up quick. Today I used the chart to log everything and I am up to 1,400 calories. Every little thing adds up from the cream I put in my coffee to the calories in my fiber powder. According to this site I need to be eating 1,200 so I now have gone over. I am bummed that I did that, but I am more excited than bummed. I feel like with the help of the food and exercise log and the support that I have gotten in such a short time here, that I just may be able to do this. Only one day here and I love this web site and I love the people here. I especially love that you are non judgmental even if I am doing it all wrong.
