I want cake

Ok, so I have 150 calories left for today.

My flatmate had a birthday a few days ago and there is leftover cake in the fridge.

If I weighed out, like, 50 grams of it, do you think it would fit?

I really feel like cake.

And yeah, I have no idea how many calories it is, it is raspberry flavoured and was made by my flatmate's friend, and tastes REALLY good.

    How did you log the cake when you had the last piece?

    2 options.

    Consider why you want the cake. Are you hungry? if you are, is there something else you can eat you can accurately count the calories of?

    Eat it. Log it as best you can estimate. Exercise.

    If it's real butter cream frosting, then you have no choice, but if it's not, toss it out the window and pat yourself on the back for a craving well controlled. :happy:

    If you really want cake, even if you go above your net calories, I think it is fine as long as you consider that that is not something you can do everyday. You could also just work out extra the next day or something to make up for it.

    Eat cake. Log cake. If under goal: Celebrate! If over goal: Do jumping jacks until under goal. Repeat if necessary.
