Diet for Athlete's??

So I'm a boxer and I'm trying to lose weight for my sport, though I don't know if I'm eating enough or to much. I train 1 1/2 hours, 3 times a week plus 25 Minuet runs on the off days. I'm 5'5 and weight 140 ( Goal 130-135)

What would a good meal plan look like?
