Advice on my exercise plan please?

Hi was just looking for some advice and tips to get the most out of my exercise plan. I am 5ft 3 weigh 9st 6lb which gives me a BMI of 23.6. My body fat % is 26% which is shocking!! I am looking to lose a bit more weight but more importantly tone up and lose body fat. My current workout plan is

Monday -45 min spin class
Wednesday 45 min body pump class
Thursday 45 min gym sesion including treadmill, elliptical and some weights (not any particular weights or any routine)
Friday 45 min kettlebell class and 45 min spin class
Saturday 25min Metafit class

These are the only days I can work out on, can't do a Tuesday or Sunday.

How does this sound and what can I incorporate or change to achieve my goals?

Also am getting married in May and would love to tone up my arms more which is quite an important goal for me at the moment

Thanks for any advice

Firstly, if 26% is accurate, then that's roughly smack bang in the "healthy" range for females (which I believe is 21-33%) for 20-40 year olds. Anyway, if you want to lower your bf, then there's certainly nothing wrong with that.

You're doing some metabolic/resistance type exercise in there and you're certainly working out enough a week to drop your bf%. I would leave yourself the two days off, you'll need them. Remember with training quality is more important than quantity. And all of it is irrelevant if your diet is not on point.

So, start out by eating TDEE-15% and getting 1gm/lb protein daily. Make sure you get plenty of sleep and hydration. Remember that there are no quick fixes or short cuts. Just keep yourself as consistent as possible in all aspects: (diet, protein, recovery, sleep, hydration, workouts) and you'll get where you need to go and be healthy and happy when you arrive.

I would do more freeweights and less cardio, but that is my preference.

It would give you those arms you want!

I would look into a full body lifting routine, like New Rules of Lifting, StrongLifts 5x5, Starting Strength or Simply Shredded, and alternate lifting days with cardio (or also some cardio after lifting). plus a rest day.

ETA I just re-read what you wrote. So Monday, Wednesday and Friday could be strength and some cardio, then cardio on the other days.
