Portion Weights from the Database

Hi
I've been doing this for just over a week now, and so far so good.
But a question came to mind last night when, out of interest, I decided to weigh my jacket potato before and after cooking it. Amazingly it was 150g lighter after it had been cooked. Which made me wonder, if the weights quoted in the database refer to the raw or cooked item? It could make quite a difference to the number of calories I'm actually eating, and how far adrift I am from my daily allowance.
Thanks all.

I always look for the raw weights as they will be more accurate. Putting raw at the end of the search helps0

I second that. Always use the raw weight0
