I have a hard time eating my daily calories let alone eat back me workout burn. I can reach my marcros but not my Calories.
Anyone have any ideas? My diary should be open. I am currently eating around 1400 calories a day but should be eating 2500.
Thanks

I have my goals set to:
TDEE: 3380
BMR: 2244
Calories: 2535
Carbs: 103g
Fats: 111g
Protein: 279g
Fiber 70 g

I am 6'3 and now at 279 lbs.

Looking at today's entry it looks like you are avoiding complex carbohydrates... so adding some bread, brown rice, pasta etc. into your diary will help. As will more protein sources, e.g. have the whole can of tuna not half of it. Your protein macro has been way under for the last two days, and you are also not getting enough fiber in the case that you did reach your protein goal.

You are eating fewer calories than I do, at 5'5" and 125lb. Consider adding in some complex carbs, they are not the devil's food as some people like to claim, and they will help give you more fiber and more calories.

Well to start with you are a man and min should be 1800.

Question ...how do you have a hard time eating 1800 calories????
...If you hit your macros meaning protien/fat and Carbs that's not what I see...you aren't hitting your carbs
There are days you don't track (this past weekend)

As for how to get the calories in...

Get rid of the low fat yogurt and light salad dressing unless you eat them cause you prefer the taste.
Eat a full can of tuna or better yet add in some bacon.

Have some pie or cake or pizza or a beer heck I had toaster struddle last night for 170...just to get mine in.

ice cream is always good too...there are ways to do it and they are yummy.

I have no problem filling my calorie goal of 1420, but I eat lots of fruit and drink 8 cups of coffe a day with some additives :-) I agree with the 1800 calories until you get down in weight. When I started I was at 260lbs. And mu calorie goal was 1800 but when I got down to 200 lbs. I had to decrease my goal. I still eat over 2000 on average but I also do 60+ minutes of cardio a day Monday theu Friday usually. Have not been as strict lately though with the cardio.

    I love my sweets though!!

You're not tracking every day, so it's hard to know how many calories you really are eating. I noticed you take a protein shake every once in a while, though. So filling the calories should be easy, right? Still have room in your day? Add 2 scoops of protein instead of just one. Problem solved.
