Back fat

Hello MFPers!
So, I know you cannot spot reduce. But can anyone offer me advice on how to work this particular area of my back? I'm currently doing cardio and cardio cross training with weights (Jillian's boost fat/blast metabolism, Bob's bootcamp video, Denise Austin's Cardio Blast, etc.
I'm losing weight, tracking everything, etc. So is it just a matter of losing more weight to get rid of this mess, or are there any exercises I can do to specifically help work that area?

You just have to be patient and lose the weight... Sounds like you're on the right track. Stick with it!0
