Kettleworx - 6 Week Body Transformation

Is anyone doing Kettleworx now? I have heard great reviews and this set was recommended to me by a few friends. I plan on starting this Sunday, 1/26 then doing it for the full 6 weeks. I just finished a cycle of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 and 30 Day Shred. I would love to find some people on here that are doing it now or have done it. I would also like to know your thoughts on it and adding extra exercise. Right now I work out 6 times a week for about 30 minutes (usually videos) and then 30 minutes on the treadmill 1-2 times per week. Do you think I can add extra cardio on the "off" days of the video to maintain my 6 days a week workout schedule?

    I'm not familiar with Kettleworx. Is it more of a lifting or cardio program? I'm guessing it's cardio with light weights. You're already doing a lot of cardio so personally I would suggest using what you learn about kettlebells and add a couple of heavier weight lifting sessions a week instead.
