Good morning All...I was wondering if I can safely stack CLA with green coffee bean. I have been trying to search the web, but can not find anything relevant. I have been taking CLA for several weeks and have seen results, but I am looking to add something with a little extra punch. I workout 4 X's a week, mixing cardio with weights. My goal is to drop 15 pounds as well as tone up. Your advice, suggestions, and comments are welcomed and appreciated! Thank you!

    My advice is not to waste your money on green coffee bean extract, as it's just caffeine. Drinking a cup of coffee will be just as effective and a lot cheaper.

    No supplements will do anything for weight loss or ''toning up'' (which btw doesn't excist, it's called muscles)

    CLAs and those bean things, IMO, are a waste of money. Lift heavy and eat at a deficit. Do cardio if you want. There is nothing more or less than that
