The last few pounds

Hi
I am entering the last part of the journey and have hit a few snags. I started at just short of 330 and now sit around 175. About four months ago, I ended up being rushed through an expanded panniculectomy which means I had all the excess skin removed. The doctor sent me through the plastic surgeon thinking there would be a year wait, so I would have time to get the last few pounds off before they removed the skin. But alas, the system is changing yet again and I either had the chance to have it done in a little over two weeks or possibly miss the boat altogether or wait almost 2 years.

So I did it, and managed to get another 14 pounds of the 40 pounds I had yet to lose off before surgery. Now I sit bouncing around 9 to 12 pounds to lose and it doesn't seem to matter what I eat or don't eat or how much exercise I do.

Please feel free to look at my diet and give me your opinion. I know that I need to eat more often on
the whole, I have been very busy lately and haven't been paying attention to snacks and tend to eat more calories for dinner then I should. Maybe that's it or maybe its just normal fluctuation.

I have not really lost anything in over three months so you can see my concern. Am I done? Have I hit that sweet spot and will not lose that last few pounds? I was hoping to get to half my body weight off, but sit at 48%. Any ideas?

Your height may matter. How tall are you?
Does your doctor think that you need to lose those last few pounds?
When was the last time you calculated your calories?
    Have you changed activity levels?
Do you workout? What do you do?

These are just a few of the questions I have!
