Fitbit Zip problem

Anyone else lose the battery tool that came with it? I moved a few months ago and I have no idea where I put it. The battery is dead and I marked up the back of it using everything I could find to try to turn it to get the battery out. The plastic is shredding. After seeing on their FB page that they sent a customer another tool I sent an email and got a response that they aren't offering replacement tools and told me to try coins which I already stated I did. So much for this great customer service I heard about. Anyone know of anything I can do to get this thing off the back of it? I can't wait til March when the new Garmin device (Vivofit) comes out!

    Have you tried taking it to a jewler or watch replacement store? They probably have something that works...
