Any suggestions on calorie intake?

Even after what seems like a lifetime of attempting to figure this out, I can't pinpoint how many calories I need to be eating daily. I've struggled on both ends of the eating scale. I'm neary five feet tall, only half an inch off. And currently weigh in at 111. I'd like to get these last fifteen or so pounds off and ideally as fast as possible. When I eat 1500 I tend to not lose weight, but when I eat 1200 I feel insatiable/can't focus, and end up falling off the wagon. Any suggestions from those who truly know from experience?

Look this method is the best... if u workout 3 to 5 days/ week.. and u do both intense Strength training ( working every muscle group ) and Cardio( 30 - 60 min ) ..multiply ur body weight by 14 or 15 the number u will get is ur maintenance cut 500 - 1000 to lose 1 , 1.5 , 2 pounds/week ..go with 14 because women tend to have slower metabolism ..u cant go wrong with this method and this activity level0

You can use http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
In the end though, what really matters is weighing all your food so you know exactly how much you're eating. If you don't, you might not be losing weight because you're eating more than you think.0
