Does anyone here do Aqua Zumba? How many calories do you think you burn per workout? Thanks!

    I do aqua aerobics and deep water toning and burn a ton of calories. According to MFP it is about 410 per hour but depending on the instructor it could be more(at least it feels like it probably is). I love it as a great low impact workout.
