URX-14 or anyone using a rebounder?

I have just started the URX-14 90 day challenge. Anyone else ever tried this?

So far I find it extremely challenging and the core is really incredible for the dvds that I have tried so far.
I love rebounding, it is so much fun. There really isn't very good music and it is really low on the dvd's, so I hook up my ipod to speakers and workout to my own music, which is super fun.

I am on my first week, so I have only tried the first 4 dvds. I did the Boot Camp Metabolic Intervals today and I had to modify a lot, but I will continue to work on my strength and hopefully it gets easier.

I have read so much on how good rebounding is for your overall health. I had lost 55 pounds over the past 2 years with mainly dvds, turbofire, Rockin Body and Hip Hop Abs, plus zumba and Turbokick classes. I gained 10 pounds back over the past 3 months so I am hoping this is something to help me start losing again. :)
