Logging and working out is getting stressful. I believe it is that old yo-yo diet monster is starting to attack. Ive done this a whole year after giving birth Dec 2012 and have been successful (-46lbs). Im proud of myself but geesh do i wish I had that motivation bug I had back in February 2013 when I was cleared to exercise. I was on a roll!!!!!!! I read my own profile, seems daily, to remind myself of what the mission is but, im running out of gas....

I have been at this for about 3 years now. I had a short break of a couple of months in between. You have done a great job and are 1/2 way to your goal. I find that if I exercise more than 30 to 45 minutes (except for pool/water), I start feeling very burnt out. Just make it a habit. I am to the point that not doing some exercise and not logging actually feels strange like I forgot to do something.

The way I look at it... giving up is just not an option, or all this would have been for nothing.

Have you ever taken a diet break in the last year?

    If not, you're due.

Here's a blog I wrote on it a while ago. If it rings true for you, give it a try:
