Give It 100! Challenge

I'm doing the "Give It 100" challenge by logging my meals here on Myfitnesspal.com for 100 days. Two days down, 98 more to go. I think it's going to be tricky during the weekend when I dine out, but will really try and just log it! I gained 20 lbs within 1.5 years, and I'm trying to lose it now (156 to 136 lbs). My plan is to eat healthy (more protein and veggies) and to do Crossfit at least 3X a week.
