I try not to gab incessantly about weight loss, but I just had to share and knew you all would understand;-)

I just hit 135.4 lbs, which is the upper limit of my pre-holiday "normal range." Even better, my body fat is 18.4%, the lowest it's ever been! Looks like I gained a little muscle in the process. So motivating! I was a mess because no matter what I've done in the past 2-3 weeks, I just could not seem to budge below 137. It was so stressful, because I knew I hadn't gone *that* crazy during the holidays, plus I have been extremely careful and working out really, really hard since New Year's. Then, all of a sudden, poof! For those stuck in a holding pattern, don't get discouraged... results will come :-)
