Uping my calorie intake I need help!!!

Ok so I have reached my weight loss goal and now I really want to focus on putting on more muscle, Im not sure how many calories I should be taking in each day. I weight train for an hour and 45 minutes every other day and do light cardio on the non weight days. Can anyone please help me also can anyone suggest good cardio for someone who is training to be a fitness model? I know heavy cardio is out but Im not sure what to do and for how long? Thanks in advance.
