Hello! I currently use Fatsecret to track my food and weight, but I thought I would come back to MyFitnessPal and use both at the same time for awhile to compare the two to see which one I like better. I went to Fatsecret two years ago when I was doing Adkin's because it tracked net carbs as well as total carbs. What I really like about Fatsecret is that there is a huge section of a wide variety of recipes for types of diet plans. I have found so many wonderful recipes on there. I am kind of disappointed that MyFitnessPal doesn't have a Recipe section to find healthy recipes to use, because I think overall it might be slightly more user friendly.
Does anyone know of any great healthy recipe websites?
