I'm back FOR REAL!

Hey everyone! I've been on MFP for quite some time, but over the last 7-8 months I haven't been on much. I also haven't kept up with my workout routine all the time so I have gained some of my weight back.
I'm a student and I'm graduating with a double major degree in Creative Writing and German this May. I'm hoping to attend Graduate School for German in the Fall, but I'm still waiting on the answers back from the schools I applied to. Exercising is definitely a good way to get my mind off of the things currently stressing me out.
I started at over 155 lbs, I lost over 20 lbs last year but I am now up to 142 lbs again. I'm hoping to get to 125-130 but I'm mostly focusing on getting healthy and feeling happy with my body. I now have a gym membership, and I've been staying motivated so I'm ready to lose all the weight for good!
Feel free to add me because I need some support!

I have been on my journey for a little over a year now. The daily challenges with food choices and exercise is constant. Maybe that is what we take away from this? As long as there are daily challenges, there are daily choices. Where there are choices, there is the potential for progress. When you no longer have the struggle, you have chosen to give up.
Feel free to join my journey, everyone, and we can share our struggles together.0
