Good morning everyone I hope someone can help me here is my delema. I work part time about 3 days a week, when I work I am on my feet moving nonstop for 5-8 hours, the days I don't work I sm usually at the computer working on my ebay sales. I have my activity level set at sedentary which put my calories goal at 1500. But I have been wearing a heart rate monitor the last three times I have worked and it says I burn between 2200-2500 Calories while I am there. DO I change my activity level to slightly active even though I only work 3-4 days a week or do I leave my level at sedentary and add my hours at work under exercise or does it make a difference at all? I hope some of you can give me some dirrection here. :flowerforyou:
