When the scale barely moves there can still be changes

I see people getting frustrated because the number on the scale is not moving or not moving fast enough even though they are following a plans that should lose weight. When this happens that does not mean that there are not changes in the body. I had this happen over the holidays. While I did lose a little weight, I did not think it was noticeable. I was wrong there was a visible change. The pictures below are taken about one month apart wearing the same t shirt.

It could just be the way I my computer is showing it, however, I am only seeing the first picture and the second one is cut off. I'm sure it's great progress though0

Yeah, the picture's too big to display. Probably best to post them separately, then we can still see them at a decent size. Or everyone can just right click the picture and select 'open image in new tab' to see all it at full size (or copy the image URL and open that in a new tab if not in Chrome).
