Freshman 15 Must Go!

This is my second time committing myself to logging my exercise and calorie intake. My main focus is to eat healthier and get fit! I lost 10 pounds last year through MFP, but now I'm not living at home and I'm on a college campus. I was required to buy a meal plan and needless to say, universities are not about to spend more money on healthy clean foods when they can feed us cheap, unhealthy foods. Trust me, it's incredibly frustrating I gained 15 pounds by being careless and eating what was the most convenient.

Today, I'm going to get back on track to taking care of myself. I sat around for a whole semester getting depressed over seeing the number on the scale go up. Please support me in my journey! Hopefully, this life style change will be permanent this time!

*For the record, I have an Asian body type so my goal weight might seem a little low but it is perfectly healthy for me. Doctor approved. The most important thing to me is honestly to be eating clean and exercising 5x a week however.
