:heart: Have been writing down food intake,calories,exercises for a LONG time! This "myfitnesspal" is a dream come true. Always looking for a program like this to help with showing the results and keep the incentive up on a daily,weekly,& monthly basis. Keep your success stories and helpful posting up!     Welcome to MFP - I started my weight loss June 25th, and reduced my weight by nearly 20 lbs before finding this website about 3 weeks ago. I wasn't tracking calories or anything before; I was just walking with my newly adopted dog 4 -5 miles a day and cut out wine and other really fattening foods from my diet. Then I saw a post on facebook of one of my facebook friends and decided to check out the site. I have absolutely loved the site and have reduced my weight by about 8 lbs since joining a little over 3 weeks ago. I enjoy the calorie counting/exercise tracking the most - but I also really appreciate the positive support and encouragement.

    Good luck to reaching your weight loss goals. You can do this.
