What is today's personal goals? Go for a walk and track calories

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? over by 150 cals (which actually isn't that bad for me on a non-exercise day)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ate 1/2 my potato pancake for dinner

    What would I have done differently? less lunch

    What is today's personal goals? already did an hour of step at the Y ... stay within calories
