Progress Pics of Losing Not Much Weight, but Adding Muscle

Just wondering if anyone has any pics where they maybe lost a small amount of weight, but more fat and built muscle. I seriously don't have a lot of weight to lose but would like to build more muscle, as I feel skinny fat. Just looking for some inspiration/motivation. What did you do to help you? Thanks!

    If you look for Success Story threads about heavy lifting, you can find people who didn't lose a lot of weight, but changed their body composition, and it's visually dramatic! They weren't necessarily "skinny fat" to begin with, probably more like average fit. But after heavy lifting you could really see a difference, without much change on the scale. Sadly I am not one of those people, my muscles are well-concealed under an extra 20 lbs. of fat right now! But not forever, right?
