Hello everybody, I am eating 1200 calories a day, now I have a question can i eat anything and everything ( pizza. cake) as long as I don't go over 1200 calories. sometimes I feel like I am eating good tasting food and that I am not going to lose any weight if I don't stick to steam vegetables, grill or bake chicken. salads ect...

Yes, if you eat at a deficit, you will lose weight. Here's a good read. You could probably eat more than 1200 calories and lose, too I find the best thing you can do for yourself is find things you love that are nutrient dense and still enjoy other things. No need to cut things out.

It depends on you. Carb/protein heavy diets allow you to eat a larger volume of food per calories
Adding fat will lower that volume but some people feel fuller longer.
Junk food (high carb and high fat, typically low protein) can cause problems with eating more calories than you think and/or still feeling hungry0 -
Yup, pretty much anything you want as long as you stay within your calories and you should still lose. Tips: as previously said higher protein and fat rations will help you feel fuller. Veggie have very little calories so you can eat lots of them and they won't throw you off, plus they are good for you!0
