I'm Selena, stay at home mom of a soon to be two year old daughter. I am on here because I lack motivation to work out, if I do it's spotty, one day, then I skip a few days, so on. I know I am thin, but that does not always mean you are healthy and in shape. I would like to tone up and be healthier! If there are other stay at home moms, how do you get motivated to work out? I chase my daughter around, play, and go on walks, started juicing recently. Trying to kick the energy drinks too..That is all

I have been on my journey for a little over a year now. The daily challenges with food choices and exercise is constant. Maybe that is what we take away from this? As long as there are daily challenges, there are daily choices. Where there are choices, there is the potential for progress. When you no longer have the struggle, you have chosen to give up.
Feel free to join my journey, everyone, and we can share our struggles together.0
