coming back after like over a year =/

So I use to use this site religiously and I was working out and looked great. Now I've let school, work, and a string of bad habits leave me lazier and just overall gross feeling. Most all my mfp friends are inactive at this point, so I'd love to hop into a new support system! First I want to focus on binge eating and my sad relationship with food, and then come spring it'll be running time again (miss those 10ks). But yea adds for everyone!

    Been there plenty of times. Been on MFP over 2 years, once left and deleted my first account. Even before joining MFP, I Lost tons of weight (over 100lbs) just to gain it all back. Although bad habits weren't just the cause, I also had a few injuries take me down. Nonetheless, I didn't help with all my habits.
    Each time we fall off is a lesson learned; What to do differently, what to do more/less of, etc.

    Feel free to add me. I definitely wouldn't mind some new friends, im recently back into my regimen and a good portion of my friends have fallen off the MFP wagon without months of logging.

    I know what you mean about the business of everyday life, especially with work and school. I, too, put on a little bit of weight in 2013 and most of it shot up this past Fall. I was commuting to school which was an hour away twice a week and if I didnt have school I had work. I became lazy mainly and indulgent!

    I decided to lose weight right after Christmas but didn't start logging till New Years Eve. So far I've lost about 10 lbs, most of which has been water weight. But it still makes me feel better :)
