Question about Goals

Hey guys, My birthday is coming up, February 27th, and I was wondering what would be a realistic goal that I could reach by then. I would LOVE to make it to 215, but considering that is only 5 weeks away, I don't think that would be possible. Any suggestions? And could someone shed light on how to make realistic goals? Thanks guys!

    I find this to be a fairly good rule of thumb:
    If you have to lose.....
    More than 75 lbs: 2 lbs/week
    40-75 lbs: 1.5 lbs/week
    10-40 lbs: 1 lb/week
    Less than 10 lbs: 0.5 lb/week
