How I eat/do in a daily bases :

Breakfast: I eat like a King
Snacks: fruits/peanuts
Lunch: I eat like a Prince
Snacks: fruits/peanuts
Dinner: I eat like a peasant
Snacks: fruits

I drink about 10 or more glasses of water a day.

Eat more veggies ! You can eat more plus it's packs low calories.
I prefer broccoli and asparagus they're also low in calories but high on fiber.

I drink tea everyday about 4 glasses
Morning: black tea
Evening: lemon ginger

I Do cardio exercises 5 times a week
plus meditation.

FRUITS are your best friends so eat a lot of them :D

YOU can do this.
I believe in you always remember the first 21 days is ALWAYS the hardest.
