I am so confused. omg lol so I am supposed to be taking in 1600 cals a day.... im only taking in 1200-1400 a day, then I exercise and burn around 300 and it brings me down so I eat enough to get to 1200 after that but Im so confused... im n ot sure if im doing it right... ugh HELP if I burn calories do I eat them back isnt that pointlesss since I just burned them offf? omg

if you enter your exercise then your calories will be adjusted - try not exceed those extra calories - I think most people will eat back about half depending on how active they are? You will have to find out what works for you and if you are full I would say don't eat for the sake of adding back calories but if you are hungry you obviously need a few more to keep you going.0

The goal calorie allowance MFP gives you is NET calories. That means the bare minimum you should be eating without exercise, i.e. total cals - cals burnt through exercise.
If you exercise, it will revise your goal and allow you to eat more. From your diary, you're averaging around 1200 calories per day, and then exercising on top of that, which brings your NET calories much lower than 1200.
