Hi Everyone, I will be starting to do a the following exercises each day (Starting small, then eventually building it all up) and was wondering whether I should log calorie burn against these or whether it is not worth it? Also, how would you log these? Thank you :)

Sit ups, Crunches, Leg Raises, Plank, Burpees, Wall sit, Squats, High Knees, Jumping Jacks, Russian Twists, Bum kicks

it depends on how many reps or how long you are doing them.

I do HIIT training 2x a week and log the minutes as circut training...that being said the workouts from fitnessblender have a low and high calorie count on them....so if were not using TDEE I would use that low number not MFP because they are known to "over estimate"
