MK lass that enjoys running / /jogging, cycling (machine and actual), x-trainer (eliptical) & swimming along with chucking in a few weights here and there.

Try to work out daily, but not always guarenteed. Love food and allways looking for the healthier option (even if I dont always take it).

At the start of the year I zero my weight loss and start again as fitness is more my aim, but its nice to see if I have managed to shift any of my excess weight whilst at it.

Current goals.... Run / Jog the distance of a marathon in a month and then add half a marathon distance each month the mileage is achieved. 30 day plank challenge (start at holding for 20 sec, ending on 300 secs) today is my day two....

Found that it was the MFP pals that kept me going last year, happy to help anyone with support.
