Exercise cals?

Hi I do quite alot of exercise and I was wondering if I should eat my exercise calories?

Yes at least half! So your body doesn't go into starvation mode from not being fueled enough!0

Everyone is different.
You can eat all, most or some of your exercise calories. If you're hungry, then eat. Listen to your body.0 -
Glad I saw this posted as I had been wondering the same thing.. wasn't sure if it was best to not eat them or not. Last night I went to bed early cause i was so hungry, and had eaten 1600 cals and still have 270 left, but didnt wanna touch em.. so i went to bed lol0

I personally don't hardly eat any of mine, but what balfonso said is right, just listen to your body. Don't be afraid to expirement, eat them for a couple weeks and see if you like the results. If you don't, eat half, etc. Everyone's body is different and will respond to different things.0
