Hello MFPs

Hello all,

I'm Mike and am here to get a better understanding of my "need to feed" on junk food even though I have changed my eating habits to a healthier menu and am already physically active. I train for long distance runs but I'm stuck with this ugly body of a big belly and fat thighs that keep me from progressing on my running goals. Never had been active til 4 years ago and I'm 46 y/o 5'10" and #237. Looking to connect with others, find help, and also be able to help others with their goals.
