Try almonds, they are an easy snack. Twenty-four almonds are usually around 14g of healthy fats, high potassium, with about 6g of protein and 3 or so grams of fiber.
Nut butters (your choice just check out a few labels), eggs, fish, lean red meats. I actually enjoy making tuna with egg and avacado instead of mayo.
I personally do not throw anything out of my calorie goals short of fast food if I am able. So I get plenty of fats from many sources. My food diary is open so feel free to skim through and see if you find something that may fit your dietary choices.
