High Fat Foods

I just starting with the program and am finding hard to get in all my fat totals throughtout the day. Can you give me some ideas of high fat foods to add to my diet. I haven't found anything on this site that lists foods to eat unless I haven't found it yet?

    avocado. I love avocado mixed with cottage cheese and a little bit of tuna with some onion and tomato.

    Oils, butter, nuts, peanut butter, full fat dairy, cheese.

    Try almonds, they are an easy snack. Twenty-four almonds are usually around 14g of healthy fats, high potassium, with about 6g of protein and 3 or so grams of fiber.

    Nut butters (your choice just check out a few labels), eggs, fish, lean red meats. I actually enjoy making tuna with egg and avacado instead of mayo.

    I personally do not throw anything out of my calorie goals short of fast food if I am able. So I get plenty of fats from many sources. My food diary is open so feel free to skim through and see if you find something that may fit your dietary choices.

    Unsalted butter in your coffee, use hand blender to mix it in. So good.

    And oils, butter, nuts, peanut butter.
