Crunchy Oven Baked Chicken Legs
Options
I made these last week and am making them again tonight. They were so good!
I cut most of the skin off the legs leaving just a little bit. Put the legs on a baking sheet. Spray with Pam cooking spray. Sprinkled garlic powder and cajun seasoning on them, then sprinkled a generous amount of panko bread crumbs over the top of the legs. Then spray again with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for about 35 - 40 minutes.
Hubby and the kids loved them! They also make a great snack in the middle of the day!
