Hmm... Ice cream? Dairy Free?

Hi All!
I made a dessert that was healthy and it is real food, not chemicals. I froze ripe bananas overnight and then ran them through my champion juicer with the blank plate. I'm guessing you could also use a high powered blender. This tasted like a wonderfully smooth soft serve ice cream. You can add some chopped walnuts as a garnish, or run through with some frozen pineapple or frozen cherries for a twist. I also have taken the bowl and placed it in the freezer for about 15 minutes or so for a thicker consistency. Adding a tablespoon of Hershey's cacao at 10 calories a serving gives you a yummy chocolaty flavor.
