I saw a product in the store called The Firm and it's the Cardio Sculpting Balls and it comes with a DVD. I was wondering if anyone has used it before and if they've had any success with it.

    i love the old firm tapes they were the best,you would see good results with tham .the new ones, the thruth i dont think theri as good as the oldes were.

    If you are looking for good home workout videos that really work I would recommend the Beachbody DVD's. I have been using them for over 2 years and have had great results. They are the company that makes P90x. There are lots of other workout programs made by them. I am using Chalean right now and its so much fun!
