I've also read on here that deficiting too much can also cause your body to go into starvation mode and just not let go.
Your body cannot just hang on to energy it needs to maintain life and function.. It has to take it from somewhere.
Like many have said in this thread the OP is either overestimating calories burned, or underestimating calories consumed. Or maybe both.0 -
I use a heart rate monitor
Heart rate monitors can be inaccurate for calculating burns, as they often show the gross calorie burn rather than the net. I used this site when before my FitBit: shapesense.com. You can calculate your gross, then take that number and calculate your net burn. Only use that number for your calories burned.
Weigh all your food, and use measuring cups to make sure of what you are eating.
