Confused on the settings

I work in an office where I sit at a desk for 7 hours then I have a 1 hour commute in the car.
But I also hit the gym for an hour and a half every day for weight training and some cardio.

So am I semi-active?

The settings do not have allot of guidance.

Also seeing as how I cannot add weight training into my calorie calculation it must be covered in this setting.
But I cannot for the life of me find anyplace that tells me if I am active or Semi active.

Right now I am 219 with 19% bf and I am told to eat 2190 a day with it set on semi active.
Does that sound right?

I'd say you were sedentary. When you go to the gym you can add the extra calories as you record them.

You can manually add in weight training calories, or look for something similar under the cardio categories.

But rememebr that the figures are all estimates - the best thing is to pick one, stick to it for a few weeks, and then assess how it's working for you.
  • I have been doing this setting for 11 days and I am down 7 pounds
Is that about right for weight loss using this system?

That's a good loss in a short time, but quite often weight comes off quickly to begin with.
