Starting to get more dedicate and motivated. Checking out the community side of MFP to see if it helps :D Doing the 40/40/20 Macro and 1800 calories. Slowing getting used to a 10 Hr window for intermittent fasting.

Lots of social anxiety and self-conciousness, but hope that eases as I get more healthy.
